Inspired by the Classics, but with a revved up style! Our 2021 Pinot Gris is anything but Smoke and Mirors. It has honest flavours of apricot, golden apple and lemon zest. The nose mirrors the palate but with a geared down citrus and mandarine orange aroma. This wine was left on the skins to drive color,structure and allow for a smooth body. A wine for the collectors and cruisers!
